13:00から17:00までPUREBREDの皆さんと練馬谷原クラブから1名の出稽古の選手をお迎えして、飯能市民体育館サブアリーナで合同練習会を開催しました。
真夏を思わせる酷暑の中、体調管理に気を使いながら、水分補給の休憩を頻繁に取りながら、およそ3時間の練習を乗り切りました。
打ち込み、スタンドの勝ち残りスパーリング、グラウンドのスパーリグ、最後は2分間のスパーリングという流れで、普段とは違う相手と思い切り練習することができました。
