入間市武道館にて9:00から12:00まで練習しました。翌週に迫った茨城オープン大会前最後の練習ということで、スパーリングを中心に最終調整の練習内容でした。
大会に参加する選手たちは、試合のプランを念頭に置きながら、自分の試合展開をどのように作っていくかを意識しながら、一本一本のスパーリングに取り組みました。
